Refund policy
30 day free returns - We want you to feel good about your purchase! We know that, sometimes life happens, and things aren't always perfect.
***Please note, any items that have been discounted in our Last Chance or was a Free item are not eligible for returns or exchanges. These are FINAL SALE!
For all other items that may have become damaged, or you would like to return or exchange it for any reason, please contact us ASAP.
- Please contact us by email at happytohelp@athomewithheartland.com in order to being the return process.
- Exchanges and refunds of new items must be made within 30 days of proof of purchase and receiving the item.
- Items must have tags still attached and be free of any odors, stains, pet hair, etc.
- We understand that damages may happen. Please provide the original purchase receipt with the damaged item.
- We are happy to return items and will provide a free shipping label up to 30 days. After 30 days, at our discretion of a return or exchange, you will be responsible for shipping cost. Refunds will not be processed until we have received the returned item, shipping cost is not eligible for refunds.
- Exchanges and in store credit at our discretion.
